Returns / Exchanges
For our standard items we are happy to offer refunds within 14 days (from the date of order arrival) with the return postage being paid by the customer (unless we have made an error with the products).
We are unable to offer and refunds / exchanges or personalised items.
Any damaged or defective items (including personalised items) will of course be replaced free of charge. Photographic evidence must be provided of damaged or defective items.
All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
